The Diversity Club has been a partner for numerous fundraising events and has been a creative input to AAMI since 2021.  AAMI and the Diversity Club were both main contributors to the 2022 Mental Health Awareness Month paint-pizza night, which brought together high school students for a speech on de-stigmatization. During the speech student learned the fundamentals of supporting those who struggle with their mental health and how to recognize warning signs in those who are hurting. After the speech students were invited to paint different canvasses while having pizza provided to them. This event was the keystone of the American Association for Mental Illness's Mental health awareness month.

AAMI and the SAFE Coalition work together on the SAFE Coalition's Tree of Life Project which brings money to families who suffer from substance misuse. The Tree of Life is a fundraiser SAFE started in 2019 which promotes substance abuse recovery by allowing people to donate a leaf in memory of someone who they have lost to substance abuse or other mental challenges.
