Our Impact.

Our mission is to have a world where mental health is not stigmatized and research is well funded. We do this by inspiring everyone but especially young people to spread mental health advocation and research funding

Established in 2020

We were established in 2020 with the goal of bringing funding towards Mental Health Research and later delved into the mental health awareness movement which allowed us to expand as a company. 

Our Goal

Our Board 

Thomas Magee
CEO
​
Thomas Magee is the founder of AAMI. He is key in event planning and creation. His work with the company has allowed for expansion into all 50 states and Canada. 
Susan Magee
Executive Director
​
Susan has been with the company since the foundation and has been key in event planning and strategies. She is in-charge of our directors and has been key in expansion projects.   

Alivia Toure
President 
Alivia is a former chapter member and from that position has become president of AAMI. She is key in event planning and company networking. 

Ryan Maiorano
Vice-President  
RYan is a key board member and awareness strategist for AAMI. He has been with the company since its foundation and has allowed AAMI to host events throughout the country. 

Skye Jones
Director of Discrimination Prevention 
​Skye is a key board member and strategist for AAMI. She is in-charge of making sure AAMI stays a safe and equitable space.
Casey Sherman
Director of External Relations
​Casey is a key board member and has been involved with many of our partnerships.

At the moment Funding for Mental Health Research by the AAMI goes to:
